#AntenatalPrep / #Hypnobirthing Classes - private or small group antenatal/hypnobirthing sessions helping you to create a positive birthing mindset, understand your birth rights, understand how to be the best #birthpartner, feel #empowered, informed & able to make the right choices for you & your baby during labour & birth. Peer-to-peer support & access to @thebirthuprising digital pack too!
#Sling Support - I run a monthly slingmeet (Fareham Slingmeet) & lending library, as well as offering private consultations in the comfort of your own home & small group workshops on all things sling & #babywearing. Helping you to find the right sling for you & your baby, whatever your circumstances or preferences, enabling you to carry safely, comfortably & confidently
#Lactation Support - I offer both antenatal preparation for #breastfeeding / #chestfeeding sessions, as well as #PostnatalDoula support focused on #infantfeeding - this tends to be the #1 reason I am hired as a Postnatal Doula!
Other Support & #Community Groups - I also offer Maternal Journal Groups & other #wellbeing focused workshops & activities throughout the year.
I am the Co-Chair of the Community Group, @informedpbb (Informed Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond) which offers free support to #expectant & new #parents right across our community from Bognor in West Sussex, through Portsmouth & across to Fareham in Hampshire. The committee help to facilitate 3x monthly meet-ups, as well as organising other local events. We work hard to nurture relationships with other local birthworkers & parents alike.
