Solent Parenting - Maternal Journal Group

This not-for-profit movement first started in 2017 & was developed for supporting the mental well-being of birthing people & parents. Groups can now be found right across the UK & abroad. 

A safe place to come together to share the highs & lows, talk, be heard & use journaling & creativity to explore their thoughts & feelings during this trans-formative time of life! 

This group generally runs during term time only, however, you do not need to book for a complete block in one go.
Fees are £7 per session or £35 for a 5wk block. This can be sent via bank transfer or PayPal, please ask for the details when booking.
