IN PERSON - Maternal Journal Group
Well... I am VERY happy to announce that I am starting an IN PERSON #MaternalJournal group in January 2022! 
The group will run on Monday's from 10am - 12noon at The Ashcroft Arts Centre on Osborn Rd, Fareham, for 5wks starting on Monday 17th January 2022.
The Arts Centre is in Central Fareham, so easily accessible on foot, using public transport or by car - they also have there own FREE carpark.
BOOK BEFORE 1st December to SAVE

Maternal Journal is a national project that runs groups for #expectantparents, #gestationalparents #adoptiveparents, #surrogateparents, #birthingparents, new & experienced #parents - anyone who is or has been #pregnant or is or has experienced the transition to #motherhood #parenthood, however your #baby came to you.
It's a journaling for #wellbeing group.
A safe space.
An opportunity to gather together on a weekly basis to #support, #listen & process your #parenting journey. With weekly creative journaling prompts to help you record, share, validate, appreciate, offload, celebrate & commiserate with other parents.
The good, the bad & the ugly, there will be opportunities to discuss it all, whilst creating poetry, art, prose, etc...
NO artistic or writing experience required! You'll hopefully get as much from the process & the support of the group, as you do from creating something & #journaling is a well known & highly respected tool for managing/supporting your #mentalhealth & wellbeing 
You will need a journal, pens, pencils, colours, etc... Bring your own or order through me (for an additional fee), to be distributed on wk1.
